3. PAYMENT TERMS

  • 50% (fifty percent) payment is required at the time the booking is made
  • The remaining 50% (fifty percent) must be paid at least 7 days before the service date
  • All prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
  • We accept major credit and debit cards for payment
  • Payment must be made in full for the booking to be valid

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund (100%) of all payments made
  • Cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled service date are non-refundable
  • In case of force majeure or events beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your service
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request

5. LIABILITY LIMITS

The Company's maximum liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services, including but not limited to injuries, damages, or losses, shall not exceed €1,000,000 (one million euros) per incident.

The Company is not responsible for:
